to a degree with an emphasis in nursing, including a PhD, DNSc, ND
or NLNAC or CCNE accredited MS. Nurse Educators of Illinois
membership on an individual or program level required. |

of 3.5 from a possible 4.0 points. (Documented by official transcript). |

Enrollment at the senior level (BSN) or final year of a Diploma
or Associate Degree Program at the time of the award . |

A cumulative grade point average of 3.5 from a possible 4.0 points
(documented by official transcript reflecting spring 2005 grades). |

Above average level of clinical
achievement and evidence of verbal and written communication skills |
|
Leadership in an organization and/or community service. |

Recommendation of Dean and/or faculty member. |
